📋 Description

• Lead a remote SE team across EMEA, focusing on AI Governance.
• Own the technical-win motion for Docker's AI Governance opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to feed requirements into roadmap.
• Hire, onboard, and ramp SEs; develop enablement for rapid productivity.
• Define metrics and success measures for technical sales excellence.
• Balance SE coverage with Account Executives to optimize opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical sales or pre-sales for distributed systems.
• 5+ years in management, hiring and scaling SE teams.
• Track record building teams in fast-moving, high-growth tech.
• Experience with software supply chain security and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with AI Governance and AI-driven development.
• Deep knowledge of containerization, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD.
