📋 Description

• Own the solutions roadmap across Global Mission Operations, Space Control, Space Access, and Space
• Serve as senior solution architect, ensuring priority pursuits have differentiated, executable, and
• Partner with growth and program leadership to align solution development with 12-36 month pipeline
• Translate customer mission challenges into solution concepts, MVPs, demonstrations, reference
• Lead make/buy/partner recommendations, evaluating internal capabilities, external technologies
• Integrate existing catalog capabilities and tools into Mission Solutions where appropriate and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data
• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, solution development, space systems engineering
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, solution architects
• Demonstrated ability to transform services-based capabilities into repeatable, market-facing
• Experience defining solution roadmaps, MVPs, reference architectures, implementation patterns, and
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, mission integration, operational test and evaluation
