• Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the Intimates, Lounge
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince direct-to-consumer (D2C) model and provide
• Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), covering Operational Excellence, Financial
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators: Quality (defect rate &lt
• Lead Catalog Expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development teams, launching
• Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with management of each partner, focusing on

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of director-level Strategic Sourcing or Procurement, or Supplier Management experience
• Deep set of partner factory connections within Intimates, Lounge, Swim category globally, including
• Product-obsessed with experience leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer
• GM mindset with a supply chain background and manufacturing (lean/JIT) experience.
• Deep understanding of cost for the categories, able to drive product cost savings through clean
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with focus on execution, problem-solving
