📋 Description

• Build and lead a proactive, direct-sourcing procurement function for power generation equipment
• Build standing generation optionality matched across a pipeline of projects and customers.
• Map and maintain a comprehensive, living view of every manufacturer, packager, and bank or advisor
• Work across teams to evaluate equipment options for technical fit, availability, and commercial
• Build direct relationships with OEMs (e.g., Siemens) and packagers, reducing reliance on brokers so
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to build this visibility in the market

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in power generation, storage, or infrastructure engineering, procurement
• Personable and confident in entrepreneurial, less-structured settings -- comfortable building
• Direct experience sourcing or procuring capital equipment -- power generation equipment strongly
• Direct experience in rotating-equipment markets -- reciprocating engines, gas turbines, fuel cells
• Sufficient technical grounding to judge equipment application and acceptability -- ratings and duty
• Familiarity with EPC delivery models and owner-furnished equipment arrangements, including
