📋 Description

• Define and execute the end-to-end strategic integrations product strategy across packaged
• Own the product roadmap from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and
• Partner with Partnerships, Revenue, and Marketing to increase partner activation, product adoption
• Ensure partners can effectively sell, support, and scale powered offerings by identifying and
• Serve as the senior product counterpart for strategic HRIS, payroll, platform, reseller, and
• Translate recurring partner requirements into scalable APIs, workflows, configuration models

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, enterprise integration strategy, or partner product
• Proven track record as a commercial product leader driving strategic integrations, platform
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling products for reseller, white-label, embedded
• Hands-on experience building packaged, white-label, and custom integration solutions for enterprise
• Strong understanding of how partner and platform investments contribute to revenue, adoption
• Experience driving partner activation, adoption, operational success, and ongoing product uptake

🎁 Benefits

• Annual gross base salary of $210,000–$263,000, plus variable compensation.
