Director, Startups and Partnerships (Auth0)

📋 Description

• Own the Auth0 Startup strategy, program, community, and pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional work with Product, DevRel, Partnerships, and Eng.
• Build and oversee Startup program events (Camp AI, CTO dinners, hackathons).
• Develop and expand ecosystem partnerships globally (VCs, accelerators, incubators).
• Represent Auth0 Startups internally and externally; advocate for startup needs.
• Oversee lifecycle of startup relationships from application to handoff to sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in the startup ecosystem (VCs/accelerators/founder)
• Experience building and scaling developer-facing programs, partnerships, or communities
• Deep understanding of software development ecosystem, SaaS, and developer-first products
• Data-driven mindset with metrics, dashboards, and decisions
• Experience with AI tools (agents, vibe coding platforms)
• Strong cross-functional influence across product, marketing, and sales
