  • Monitor legislative and regulatory proposals across an assigned multi-state portfolio that would
  • Help lead legislative and regulatory engagement with state policymakers and regulators working
  • Develop and execute advocacy strategies on priority state legislative and regulatory matters
  • Monitor state agency rulemakings and other regulatory proceedings, and coordinate company and
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to assess policy developments, identify material
  • Develop executive-ready policy analysis, legislative and regulatory reports, briefing materials

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on state legislative or regulatory policy, at a state financial
  • Must live in the Washington D.C. or Sacramento, California areas as this is a hybrid role
  • Available to travel for work once a month
  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related area.
  • Experience working on privacy, financial services, and technology issues.
  • Experience working with diverse personality types and across party lines.
