📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program success for a strategic customer.
• Report to the CCO; own plan, people, relationships, and outcomes.
• Lead multi-workstream deployments with governance, risk, and timelines.
• Chair weekly stand-ups, steering committee and exec check-ins.
• Own risk identification, escalation, and resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations or customer success programs.
• Experience managing multi-workstream deployments with 100+ end-user locations.
• Strong governance: risk management, dependency tracking, milestones, and exec comms.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with full people management authority.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
• Exceptional communication with executive sponsors and internal teams.
