📋 Description

• Lead FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, revenue and contracts modeling.
• Partner with executives to drive strategic finance initiatives and investments.
• Drive forecast updates and quarterly reviews with performance analysis.
• Lead long-term planning including capital allocation and capex for new ventures.
• Build ROI frameworks across the business, including ROIC and Free Cash Flow.
• Design automated financial models and real-time dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years FP&A experience with 8+ years at tech companies.
• Experience building ROI frameworks for CAC, product, and BD support.
• Proven track record leading high-performing FP&A teams in fast-growth environments.
• Strong executive presence; experience presenting to boards and C-suite.
• Outstanding communication translating complex financial concepts.
