• Deploy to the TMO's top priorities (AI, Q2C, cost) as priorities shift.
• Turn ambiguity into actionable strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Run end-to-end workstreams or diagnostics as an IC, not a manager.
• Drive accountability across functions without direct management authority.
• Pivot across AI, Q2C, cost-lever workstreams within a year.
• Communicate recommendations at executive level to land with leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• MBB (or equivalent top-tier) consulting background is non-negotiable.
• Current-level Project Leader or Principal tenure (or former MBB in operating role).
• Generalist across strategy, operations, AI, and analytics; not deep specialization.
• Proven track record delivering outcomes, not just well-structured programs.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and earning credibility quickly.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct management authority.
