• 8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience within pharmaceutical/biotech companies
• 3+ years of direct experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing event planning
• Customer Service Excellence: Dedicated commitment to delivering an extraordinary customer
• Commercial & Strategic Savvy: Proven success collaborating with Strategy, Sales, and Customer
• Operations Architect: Demonstrated ability to build SOPs, design scalable operational workflows
