📋 Description

• Develop and implement a procurement vision aligned to strategy.
• Build multi-year sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, service, speed.
• Lead enterprise-wide sourcing to optimize spend.
• Oversee procurement transformation and digital tools.
• Establish supplier governance, metrics, and executive reviews.
• Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/Finance; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years procurement/sourcing exp; 5+ years in Director+ role.
• Experience managing tech spend: SaaS, cloud, IT hardware, marketing, services.
• Strong contract negotiation incl licensing terms, SLAs, data privacy, MSAs.
• Proficiency with Coupa and Zip; FinOps/cloud cost management tools.
• Partner with Engineering/IT on build-vs-buy decisions and vendor tech fit.
