• Lead Account Executives across Strategic Accounts in America
• Capacity plan, train, and motivate the team to exceed goals
• Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
• Report on sales metrics and propose improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to boost sales

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading high-growth Enterprise sales teams
• Outstanding coaching skills
• Hands-on CRM software and Google Sheets
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Fluent English; channel sales experience
