Lead analytics and insights across AbbVie’s Clinical Development Operations (CDO) to drive business
Partner with senior leadership to review trends and recommend action steps

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in science or business with statistics/math; clinical experience preferred
10+ years in pharma with trials knowledge; advanced degrees encouraged
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence
Experience in consulting is a plus; proficient in R/SAS and visualization tools
