Director, Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to the executive team on priorities and decisions.
• Drive high-value initiatives, automate processes, and scale operations.
• Distill complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Build revenue ops infrastructure and GTM model for pharma segments.
• Define SLAs, governance, and vendor/tooling decisions to scale.
• Lead cross-functional projects across strategy, ops, and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or business ops.
• Strong business acumen in healthcare, life sciences, or digital health.
• Ability to structure problems and craft analytical frameworks.
• Exceptional PM skills: run multiple initiatives and align stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and clear, influential communication.
• Exposure to C-suite advising or exec decision support.
