📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to product and business leadership, providing analysis and
• Own the business unit’s annual and long-range planning and financial modeling, including
• Develop outside-in perspectives on the employee experience and enterprise AI markets, including
• Translate complex, ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations
• Own the business unit’s planning and operating cadences, business reviews, and executive reporting
• Define the KPIs, targets, dashboards, and performance frameworks used to assess business health

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years of overall experience, including either 2+ years of management consulting experience
• Demonstrated ownership of complex business planning, operating rhythms, and cross-functional
• Strong strategic and analytical judgment, including the ability to develop hypotheses, build
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing across Product, Engineering, Sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and
