Director, Structured Finance

📋 Description

• Originate, structure, and execute US project finance for solar, storage, thermal, and digital.
• Lead development/corporate loans, tax equity, tax credit transfers.
• Own the financing model and manage risks while obtaining internal approvals.
• Coordinate due diligence with dev, engineering, and legal teams for investor inquiries.
• Cultivate relationships with investors, lenders, and energy sector partners.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a high performance, inclusive culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in energy project financing, incl. tax equity closings.
• Bachelor’s in finance or accounting; MBA or CFA a plus.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, solar tech, and project finance.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with project management software and cross-functional teams.
• DC office 3 days/week; relocation to listed U.S. cities; US work authorization.
