📋 Description

• Owns end-to-end hardware supply chain including management of third-party contract manufacturers
• Manages relationships with contract manufacturers, including selection, onboarding, contract
• Owns demand planning, build plans, capacity commitments and material requirements (MRP)
• Manages bills of materials (BOMs) with Engineering, including revision control, engineering change
• Drives product cost management: standard costs, should-cost analysis, supplier resourcing
• Ensures contract manufacturers meet quality and certification requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, FCC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business or
• 10+ years of supply chain, operations or manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a
• Proven experience managing third-party contract manufacturers for electronic hardware, ideally IoT
• Strong command of production planning, MRP, BOM management and product costing
• Hands-on experience with international logistics, customs and trade compliance
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
