Director, Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners, establishing clear goals
• Own the enterprise recruiting strategy, translating workforce plans, budgeted headcount, and
• Establish a scalable hiring governance model covering prioritization, capacity planning, escalation
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, employee referrals, employer branding
• Strengthen the organization's employer brand by partnering with internal communications and
• Own and continuously improve the applicant tracking system, including configuration, workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years leading and
• Proven success managing full-lifecycle recruiting organizations from intake and sourcing through
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale sourcing strategies that maintain strong, high-quality
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ATS platforms, with Greenhouse experience preferred, including
• Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and the ability to create dashboards and scorecards
• Experience designing or significantly improving end-to-end candidate experiences and recruiting
