📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners; set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and
• Design and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with company growth plans, hiring
• Establish scalable, repeatable recruiting processes — from intake and sourcing through offer and
• Own recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire, offer-accept rate
• Act as a strategic advisor to executives and hiring managers, guiding role scoping, leveling, comp
• Evaluate and optimize ATS and sourcing tools to increase team efficiency and candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years managing and scaling a recruiting team.
• Proven track record building or scaling a TA function, ideally in a high-growth startup or tech
• Deeply process-oriented; you've built or improved recruiting workflows, SLAs, and playbooks from
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (technical and non-technical) and levels, including
• Strong command of recruiting metrics and comfort using data to drive decisions and report to
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
