📋 Description

• Set and execute the talent acquisition strategy in alignment with company goals, workforce plans
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team, fostering a high-trust, high-accountability
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, Finance, and People Partners to translate workforce plans
• Use recruiting data, pipeline metrics, and quality-of-hire insights to improve sourcing
• Provide leadership with visibility into recruiting progress, pipeline health, performance, and
• Reimagine recruiting approaches for an increasingly AI-driven hiring environment

🎯 Requirements

• Significant talent acquisition experience, including leadership and development of high-performing
• Experience leading recruiting within a dynamic software or technology environment
• Deep expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing
• Proven track record of modernizing talent acquisition through strategy, operational rigor
• Strong data-driven approach to evaluating and improving recruiting performance
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and advisory skills
