8+ years in program or project management in Talent Acquisition or HR
Experience as recruiter, sourcer, or recruiting coordinator
Owner mindset with strong follow-up and delivery
Excellent program/project management, highly organized and detail-oriented
Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders
Experience in high-growth, changing environment
