📋 Description

• Define and execute the global Talent Acquisition transformation and operations strategy aligned
• Lead the TA technology roadmap, including ATS, CRM, AI-powered recruiting tools, automation
• Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to increase TA Partners’ productivity, improve
• Establish global standards, governance, and operating procedures while balancing consistency with
• Own recruiting analytics and insights, delivering meaningful reporting, executive dashboards, and
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including time-to-fill, hiring velocity

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years focused on TA Operations in a
• Proven success leading TA Operations within a global, high-growth, technology-driven organization.
• Deep expertise in recruiting technologies, process design, analytics, and operational
• Experience implementing AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within Talent
• Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
