📋 Description

Cover the Director of Talent, Culture & Org Effectiveness Sep 2026–Feb 2027
Lead AI enablement and transformation across the organization
Hybrid role with 3 days per week in San Jose HQ
Build AI capability and readiness across the organization
Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and enablement strategies
Own performance reviews and a real-time retention dashboard

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in HR/Talent/OD with at least 5 years in a leadership role
AI-forward mindset; hands-on use of AI tools with rapid prototyping
Experience leading AI enablement, digital transformation, or capability-building
Expertise in talent management: performance reviews, succession, top talent
Strong background in learning design and facilitation
Proven change management capabilities; leading culture transformation
