🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in L&D or Talent/Org Development; consulting preferred.
• Executive presence with ELT/SLT; influence senior leaders.
• Deep expertise in adult learning, design, and program design.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams; scalable TD function.
• Strong business acumen; bias toward solutions; link learning to outcomes.
• Experience designing and scaling leadership and enterprise learning.
