Director, Talent Development

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of high-impact talent development programs
• Build relationships with PST leadership to assess development needs
• Lead PST performance management (90-day feedback, annual reviews)
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to design and improve talent systems
• Analyze trends and capability gaps; advise on investments and design
• Collaborate with recruiting, learning, finance, and talent ops on strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years in talent development, people operations, or HR
• Experience with people analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in professional services or management consulting
• Expertise designing and implementing leadership development and coaching
• Strong strategic thinker linking talent development to business outcomes
