• Strengthen talent review and succession processes by improving how performance, potential, and
• Enable scalable, digital talent experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience across Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational
• Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities, using talent data
• Meaningful experience designing and leading performance, talent or development initiatives in
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to design for both employee needs and enterprise outcomes
• Experienced knowledge of AI-enabled ways of working, digital talent experiences, workforce
