📋 Description

• Lead and scale a TAM team, acting as trusted advisors and escalation resources.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage TAM members; assess capacity and resourcing.
• Improve TAM processes, workflows, automation, and efficiency.
• Provide advanced technical guidance on cybersecurity, threat intel, identity security, and security
• Help customers operationalize threat intelligence within security workflows.
• Create playbooks, enablement materials, and best practices translating tech to business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in client-facing cybersecurity consulting, TAM, or related roles; threat intel experience
• Background as SOC analyst, threat researcher, cybersecurity consultant, or similar security-focused
• Experience leading technical teams in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, threat intel, identity threats, attack surfaces, and SOC
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions and integrating tech into security workflows.
• Hands-on with APIs and webhooks; ability to support technical integrations.
