📋 Description

• Research and document the Company's technical accounting issues; present and resolve the Company's
• Monitor, assess, and implement new accounting pronouncements applicable to the Company and partner
• Key stakeholder throughout the M&A process starting from pre-letter of intent review, leading
• Subject-matter expert for certain technical accounting areas, such as business combinations
• Review draft SEC disclosures on relevant technical accounting topics
• Lead quarterly and year-end close process for technical accounting matters, including review of

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience of minimum 12 years with a minimum of 5 years of Big Four public accounting
• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and active CPA license is required
• Sr. Manager role in a Big Four public accounting firm and/or Director, Technical Accounting at a
• Positive, service-oriented attitude, highly motivated to learn and to make an impact within the
• Experience leading a team and being a mentor to high-performing individuals
• Strong technical accounting background with a knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting standards, and
