📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end global financial reporting function for US GAAP statements.
• Lead strategy for regulated entity reporting ensuring compliance with evolving rules.
• Act as SME on complex transactions; provide accounting guidance.
• Develop GAAP policies; support post-merger integration and product launches.
• Establish policy library; lead new FASB/SEC standard implementations.
• Lead internal control design aligned with SOX requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• CPA license.
• 10+ years in Big 4 or leadership at high-growth firms.
• Strong US GAAP technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of financial services and payment accounting; DFIN/Workiva.
• Ability to translate complex accounting jargon into actionable insights.
