📋 Description

• Lead the successful execution of complex technical assistance contracts, ensuring all deliverables
• Design, implement, and continuously improve a centralized technical assistance delivery model
• Direct cross-functional collaboration across program management, service delivery, infrastructure
• Serve as the primary internal liaison for external partners, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Oversee performance measurement, data collection, reporting, and compliance activities while
• Identify operational risks related to staffing, timelines, scope, and partner coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a
• 8–10+ years of experience leading complex programs, service delivery operations, or contract-based
• Demonstrated success managing large, multi-stakeholder programs while maintaining accountability
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with internal
