Director, Technical Assurance

📋 Description

• Own the IE and technical due diligence program across debt and tax-equity financings and
• Serve as the senior Apex technical contact with lenders, tax-equity investors, buyers, and their
• Review and validate IE reports, OEM specs/test reports, and technical drawings against financing
• Serve as a technical resource to Procurement on OEM equipment contracts, specifications, and vendor
• Support EC/DC qualification and PWA reporting reviews upstream in development.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, or a related discipline) or
• 10+ years of experience in the renewable-energy industry, spanning project finance, development
• A proven track record of taking technical due diligence through to financial close on debt and
• Hands-on experience in identifying and resolving significant technical issues that impact valuation
• Familiarity with technical documentation required for tax-credit qualification (including
