Director, Technical Program Management

📋 Description

• Establish scalable TPM operating model for planning, governance, dependency, risk, and exec
• Define measures for program health, technical readiness, and launch readiness
• Lead high-priority, technically complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Clinical
• Build integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, resource constraints, and decisions
• Provide technical judgment to understand systems, surface delivery risks early
• Resolve cross-functional blockers and escalate decisions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical program management, engineering program management, or related
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing TPMs or similar roles
• Proven to build or evolve program-management practices in a growing tech org
• Experience leading large, technically complex initiatives across multiple teams
• Strong technical fluency: architecture, APIs, data flows, platforms, constraints
• Expertise in dependency management, risk management, governance, and launch readiness
