• 10+ years years of experience or equivalent education in engineering & product delivery
• 8+ years of experience leading technical program management and/or engineering teams.
• Aptitude for applying structure to ambiguity and driving toward measurable outcomes and results.
• Strong communicator and executive presence. Proven ability to influence without organizational
• Determined self-starter with the wisdom to know when to collaborate to achieve your goals and
