📋 Description

• Lead and develop a world-class technical recruiting org.
• Partner with executives to align hiring with business priorities.
• Own recruiting metrics and improve outcomes with data.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in recruiting with leadership of tech recruiting teams.
• Proven track record building and scaling high-performing recruiting orgs.
• Deep understanding across Eng, ML, DS, hardware, embedded, product.
• Partner with exec leadership on workforce planning and exec hiring.
• Strong analytical mindset using metrics, market data, forecasting.
• Experience implementing ATS, sourcing platforms, and AI workflows.
