• Build trusted relationships across Technology and the People team while continuously improving

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including experience leading and developing high-performing
• Deep expertise in technical recruiting with a track record of building strategies and delivering
• Trusted partnership with senior executives and technology leaders, with the ability to influence
• Proficiency in using recruiting data and talent market insights to identify opportunities, tell a
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams while navigating multiple priorities
