📋 Description

Serve as technical accounting authority for complex revenue transactions.
Review complex contracts: SaaS, services, multi-element, consumption pricing.
Partner with Legal, Deal Desk and Sales on nonstandard deals.
Prepare technical account memoranda; research guidance.
Lead revenue accounting support for New Product Offerings (NPI).
Advise leadership on revenue implications for strategic transactions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
10+ years in public accounting and publicly traded SaaS/tech.
Deep expertise in ASC 606 and technical accounting for SaaS.
Experience with consumption-based revenue models.
Partner with Product, Pricing, Legal, GTM and exec leadership on new models.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
