📋 Description

• Lead and manage a large team of leaders and Solutions Architects across two delivery motions
• Define standards and ensure enterprise-grade delivery quality
• Coach and develop SA talent; build capability across teams
• Serve as senior escalation point and executive advisor for key customer accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Support, Product, and Finance
• Drive delivery efficiency, services margin, and customer retention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10–13 yrs exp, 6–8 yrs in mgmt
• 6+ yrs leading technical post-sales teams (SAs, TAMs, PS) in SaaS
• Lead large, complex teams across multiple delivery motions
• Strong consulting/technical acumen for complex customer challenges
• Deep CX/post-sales delivery understanding; drive retention/value
• Excellent communication; exec mgmt; Nice-to-have AI/automation
