Build tools/models for installation and deployment of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite
Collaborate with R&D to design interface components during implementation
Collaborate with consultants to create training curricula for customers
Manage day-to-day tasks of the team
Lead the Operations & Maintenance team in EMEA with oversight of remote staff

🎯 Requirements

University degree in Information Technology
5 years managing internationally dispersed Services & Support teams
Project Management experience required
Ability to articulate at meetings with all management levels
Experience with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
Experience with Tomcat, BIRT, MS SQL and Oracle on Windows
