📋 Description

• Prepare strategies and design for data migration for consultants at client sites.
• Build tools/models for installing and deploying the FreeBalance Accountability Suite for projects.
• Collaborate with R&D to design interface components during implementation.
• Collaborate with consultants to create customer training curricula.
• Manage day-to-day tasks of the team.
• Design rollout of the system for decentralized operations with Project Managers.
• Manage the Operations & Maintenance team in EMEA and oversee remote teams worldwide.
• Manage technical tools and develop new tools for the Technical Consultants.
• Build scalable models for deployment at data centres and disaster recovery sites.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Extensive travel required.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology.
• Experience reviewing and developing support and maintenance policies.
• 5 years managing internationally dispersed Services and Support teams.
• Project management experience required.
• Ability to articulate at meetings with all management levels.
• Experience with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Experience with Tomcat, BIRT, MS SQL, and Oracle on Windows.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willing to travel internationally.
• PMI Certification.
• Other IT certifications.
