Prepare strategies and designs for data migration for client deployments.
Build tools and models for installation and deployment of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite.
Collaborate with R&D to design interface components for deployments.
Collaborate with consultants to create customer training curricula.
Manage day-to-day tasks of the Services team.
Extensive travel is required.

🎯 Requirements

University degree in Information Technology.
5+ years managing internationally dispersed Services teams.
Project Management experience required.
Experience with OKRs and stakeholder communications.
Experience with Tomcat, BIRT; MS SQL/Oracle on Windows.
PMI Certification or other IT certifications; willing to travel internationally.
