Director, Thought Leader Engagement (TLEL)

📋 Description

• Partner with marketing leaders to develop and execute strategic Thought Leader and Opinion Leader
• Map the Thought Leader community to identify established and emerging experts, understand
• Develop individualized engagement approaches and build strong, long-term relationships with
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned Thought Leaders while coordinating a
• Identify innovative ways to expand stakeholder engagement, including digital approaches and new
• Lead insight-gathering activities through one-to-one interactions and small-group meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Approximately 8–10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or
• Experience in commercial, medical affairs, marketing, sales leadership, strategy, customer
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining strong relationships with external Thought Leaders
• Experience designing and executing Thought Leader or Opinion Leader engagement programs is strongly
• Gastroenterology experience is preferred.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $176,600–$294,300, depending on factors such as location, experience
