📋 Description

• Lead global Total Rewards (equity, compensation, benefits) programs.
• Design, manage, and scale equity programs with Fidelity.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on equity reporting and governance.
• Develop and evolve global compensation structure and exec pay.
• Oversee employee benefits and wellness programs across locations.
• Implement structured Total Rewards processes and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Total Rewards; 3+ in U.S. public company
• Expert in equity administration and stock plans
• Payroll tax across multiple jurisdictions knowledge
• SOX 404 compliance experience
• Executive compensation design and governance
• Collaborates effectively with Legal and Finance
• Bachelor's degree; CEP certification highly preferred
• Strong analytical and strategic communication
