Director, Total Rewards

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide compensation programs
• Prepare job evaluations, salary surveys, and job architecture to keep leveling and pay structures
• Establish and maintain salary structures and salary budgets in partnership with Finance and People
• Partner with line management to assess competitive labor market trends and inform pay decisions
• Maintain working knowledge of federal and state compensation legislation to ensure compliance
• Own incentive, stock option, and bonus plan design and administration

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading compensation or total rewards functions, ideally at a Director level
• Deep knowledge of compensation philosophy, market benchmarking, and job architecture design
• Experience managing bonus, incentive, and equity program design and administration
• Familiarity with compensation-related federal and state regulations
• Strong partnership skills — this role works closely with Finance, People leadership, and business
• People management experience
