• Assess current trade compliance by reviewing materials, classification, and activity.
• Drive quick wins: fix recordkeeping, improve broker SOPs, resolve gaps.
• Establish baselines with KPI dashboard for classification accuracy and screening.
• Shape long-term strategy with phased roadmap, training, and leadership buy-in.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive trade compliance background in classification, licensing, audits.
• Lead cross-functional compliance projects with brokers, logistics, and internal teams.
• Analytical skills with ACE, AES, ECCN/HTS tools, and denied-party screening.
• Cost savings through duty optimization (FTA, duty drawback, First Sale).
• Executive communication with risk assessments, dashboards, and roadmaps to leadership.
