🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience in global trade marketing, shopper marketing, retail marketing, omnichannel
Proven people leader with experience building, developing, and empowering high-performing teams
Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills
Strong understanding of the global retail and omnichannel landscape
Strategic and commercially minded
Strong analytical and financial acumen
