  • Design and own end-to-end onboarding from orientation to adoption milestones
  • Develop role-based curricula for clinical staff, care managers, payers, admins, and executives
  • Partner with Implementation and CS to align training with go-live and post-launch metrics
  • Build Arcadia certifications, including the Arcadia Certified Professional pathway
  • Coordinate training delivery at customer events, including Aggregate conference
  • Lead scalable asynchronous learning content and LMS governance

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years in training, education, or enablement; 5+ years in health IT/SaaS
  • Proven dual-track: internal enablement and external customer training
  • Health IT depth with clinical/analytics software in payer/provider space
  • Value-based care fluency: CMS programs, MSSP/ACO, payer/provider dynamics
  • Instructional design expertise; Articulate/Camtasia; LMS administration
  • Release management experience with product launches; governance and KPIs
