📋 Description

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives, translating strategic priorities into coordinated
• Partner with Business and Technology leaders to identify transformation opportunities and
• Strengthen enterprise portfolio and execution management by aligning priorities, investments
• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives by establishing clear ownership, accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Technology, or a related
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, portfolio or
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to identify organizational barriers, build alignment
• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information
• Strong relationship management capabilities and the ability to build trusted partnerships and
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and driving cross-functional collaboration in
