• Lead ALM and product governance across crypto and 24/7 traditional markets.
• Own IRRBB framework; model and stress-test the balance sheet.
• Oversee daily liquidity, real-time clearing, and multi-currency settlements.
• Design FX/crypto-hedging policy to mitigate multi-currency risks.
• Design multi-entity cash pooling and inter-company lending frameworks.
• Lead TMS enhancements and integrate with banking APIs, blockchain analytics, ERP.

• Extensive treasury leadership across assets and jurisdictions.
• Proven senior treasury leader; builds high-performing teams.
• Deep regulatory knowledge (FMA, FCA, VARA) with IRRBB/ALM/FX hedging.
• System-savvy: scale TMS and bridge SWIFT/SEPA/Fedwire with crypto analytics.
• Quantitative modeling and stress-testing; real-time multi-currency cash positioning.
