📋 Description

• Develop and implement government affairs strategies to support AbbVie's therapeutic areas and
• Act as liaison between U.S. Government Affairs and therapeutic business units, sharing developments
• Identify opportunities to advance GA strategies and enhance access and reimbursement for therapies.
• Build and sustain advocacy partnerships; assess policy environments to inform engagement plans with
• Serve as GA partner for U.S. brand teams, aligning policy goals with product lifecycle planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in pharma, healthcare policy, or public policy roles with coalition design/leadership
• Advanced knowledge in government affairs, policy, access/reimbursement, and economic analysis
• Strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication; ability to work under deadlines
• Team player capable of collaborating with executives and external organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree preferred
